I tailor our sessions and treatment plan to fit you. Typically, we begin with an introductory conversation and energy therapy session to establish a baseline for our work. Where we go from there depends on your goals, intentions, development, and needs. There is no right or wrong path, just your path, and I consider it a great honor to walk beside you and assist you.

In my work as a healer and philosopher, I employ the following modalities:

Energy Therapy: Works from a state of deep relaxation and awareness in which the connection between all beings, including the practitioner and the client, is manifest. Restores balance of mind, body, and spirit within themselves, with each other, and with the outer world. Promotes healing, insight, harmony, and a greater sense of wellbeing. Can be performed with hands lightly touching the body, hands just above the body, or distantly.

Guided Meditation: Uses imagery to promote a state of deep relaxation and awareness. Helps to process and transform undisclosed material in the mind, body, and spirit.

Contemplative Exercises: Use combinations of words, images, movement, breathing, directed attention, and creative expression (music, art, writing, etc.) to identify, process, and transform undisclosed material in the mind, body, and spirit. Can help to promote a state of deep relaxation and awareness. May include meditation.

Philosophical Dialogue: Explores self – identity, feelings, memories, beliefs, habits, etc. – in non-judgmental conversation with another. Focuses on questions and process instead of fixed answers. Develops attention and capacity for clear thought. Helps to identify material that may then be processed through energy work, meditation, or other contemplative exercises.

Philosophical Study: Explores specific text for insight and personal development. Helps to clarify foundation and method for spiritual development, including energy work, meditation, and other contemplative exercises.
